I’ve started making packed lunch to take to work at the hospital. It’s so expensive to keep on eating at the school cafeteria.
On average, I spend about 400 pesos for a 36 hour duty shift on food and drinks alone.
I went to the local Japanese thrift store (DAISO) and bought myself an airtight bento lunchbox.
Eating a packed lunch brings back fond memories of second grade and the awesome thermal japanese lunchbox that I had (and still have back at home in Bacolod)
It’s really fun to eat a packed lunch.

Chicken fingers with Barbeque sauce and Brown rice with Nori.
