Moyashimon is one of the most interesting manga that I have ever read. The main character is Sawaki Tadayasu, a boy who can see and play with Bacteria.

The Manga is extremely fun and interesting. It explains stuff like the fermentation process using cute and simple drawings. I was amazed at how educational the manga was.
How fermentation in sake takes place!
Of course, being able to see microbes has its positive side too! Sawaki was able to save the lives of his entire school when he noticed that deadly E-coli was among the fresh salad served to them for lunch.
This is a totally fun manga. I’m looking forward to more manga chapters of this!
