While surfing the net, I found this wonderful recipe on how to make japanese curry.
I love curry! I decided to go make some japanese curry.
I knew SM Dasma had japanese curry but I was too lazy to go there. Instead I settled for Ottogi cury from the Korean grocery store.

60 PHP a pack!
I cooked some Japanese rice, threw in some fried chicken strips and voila, Chicken Kare Raisu.

Yum!
Oh… Today I changed HedgiePiggles’ litter.
I was annoyed because I forgot and I threw out his feeding bowl with the litter by mistake. I substituted a measuring cup for the bowl as a temporary replacement.
HedgiePiggles HATES having his litter changed. He’s curled up on top of the cage refusing to go down into the new litter.

The Ninja Hedgehog!
I got allergic to the litter dust I was throwing out and I had a fit of sneezing. ACHOOO!! I guess I had hedgehog flu.
My day ends on a high note: I downloaded (more) ebooks to read. Woohoo.

I haven’t tried that Korean curry variant. I should give it a shot.
P.S. I’ll be having a bloggers meet-up this Saturday. If you have time, it will be great if you can join.
I love Ottogi curry. I used to eat it all the time when I lived in Korea and I still eat it from time to time as a special treat.
I have found a new use for Korean curry powder, too. I put it into deviled eggs! Yum!
Ottogi is great!
