Merry Christmas to all readers of my blog! How was christmas for you guys?
My christmas was fantastic! I had christmas dinner at my friend Joe’s house.
His Dad had cooked all day and laid out a fantastic feast for us!

Tito Bing cooked Spaghetti filipino style but he scattered bits of lucious pepperoni
slices on it.
Next he also laid out a tasty home made ham that he had been curing for a week!
This was my most favorite dish last night. He also had a delicious glaze/sauce to pour over the ham!
Next came Uncle Bing’s pride and joy: A whole leg of lamb! He spent the
whole day cooking it and it turned out moist and juicy!
The leg of lamb was very rich. It made my cousin feel sick. Hahaha.
We had forgotten to tell him to trim the fat off the meat before eating!
For dessert, we had a chocolate cake. It was quite okay but it could have
been improved by some icing.
I enjoyed the christmas dinner at Joe’s more than the christmas dinner I had to go to later in the evening. It was at my uncle’s house and there were lots of people but the food was not as good.
