Hi! These are the chicken burgers that I make for my friends. It’s very easy to make. They’re quite healthy too. I took the pictures last year when I had a eat-all you can burger party at home!

Garnishings:
Hamburger buns
lettuce
ketchup
sliced cheese
tomatoes, catsup, pickle relish, onions etc.
mayonnaise (optional.. If you want a healthier burger, omit the mayo.)
Pringles (garnishings) served as a side dish.Main ingredients
3/4 kilo ground chicken
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
6 tbsps olive oil (This is important because olive oil will not make your burgers greasy. It’s good for you too.)
3/4 bottle barbecue sauce. The more intense the flavor the better.
1 tsp salt.
2 eggs
Mix all the Main ingredients in a big bowl. Wash your hands first.. Squueeze the mixture, knead the mixture well..

Shape the mixture into hamburger patties. The patties here are brown from the barbeque sauce. These are RAW.

Next…. Fry the burgers in olive oil.. Since it’s chicken, It’ll turn white when it’s done. Fry 1 side of the burger for 4 minutes, then turn it over and fry it for another 4 minutes. To be sure na luto ang burger mo, be sure na golden brown cya with little burnt areas . Well cooked chicken looks something like this:

Your burgers are done! Dish it up and serve it to your guests!
